I am glad that many people of Kiev were able to solve their problems by calling the Call Center, and that the line is still in service for the benefit of the capital and its inhabitants!

Mayor’s Help Service “Call Center 051″ was created on my initiative to provide direct feedback to the residents of Kiev. Over 2 million phone calls from the residents of the capital with their complaints and suggestions were received for 2 years. And we were able to promptly address more than 90% of the cases, although most of the issues should have been resolved at the district level. But I put the “housing and utility” calls from the Kievans under my personal control so I could take appropriate action.

Each and every resident of Kiev who called the Call Center could count on the immediate solution of his/her problems – whether that might have been the extortion of money from him/her on the part of the public utilities or the need for all kinds of repairs, cleaning the building surrounding territory, etc. Even today, you can ask any Kievan where he called when he had any problems. And as often as not you will get the same answer: “Call Center of the Mayor’s Help Service for Kievans “15-51″”!

And I am glad that many of the Kievans were able to solve their problems by calling the Call Center, and that now it is still working for the benefit of the capital and its residents!
