Two green areas get "mini-park" status
The Kiev City Council has granted the “mini-park” status to land plots around the pond on the Bulgakov Street and at the intersection of Bolshaya Okruzhnaya and Zodchikh streets around Lake Vera in Kiev’s Svyatoshynsky district.
The purpose of these decisions is to protect and improve the public green areas to satisfy recreational, cultural and aesthetic needs of the residents.
“The decisions are very important for the residents of these neighbourhoods, as they will help to protect the existing recreational areas and improve the ecological situation in the city,” said Chernovetskiy.
Naturally, these decisions will be welcomed by the Kiev community.
